WARRANTY:
Our warranty covers all parts installed and workmanship performed by Gearbox Factory technicians up to 18 months or 25,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. This is dependent on the repair undertaken and will be discussed with you at the beginning of your transmission repair.

Free, no obligation test drive, oil level check and transmission assessment.
FREE COURTESY CAR:
Courtesy cars are available to you for transmission repair work, subject to availability. In most cases there will be no charge, however you will need to replace the fuel you use. Please discuss car availability when booking your car in. Note: courtesy cars are not available for transmission servicing.
FREE TOWING/PICK UP:
We can provide free towing/pick up for full transmission rebuilds. If you do not wish to proceed with the full transmission rebuild once quoted, there will be a fee for the cost of the tow, or driver's time and mileage. The Gearbox Factory East Tamaki has a car trailer available for collecting undriveable vehicles.
FREE CAR PICK UP AND DELIVERY:
We offer free car and transmission/gearbox pick up and delivery for workshops/trade customers in the Auckland area.
